[texhax] sam2p source

Hello Tom,
Could you please send what you have for sam2p I have been using
Adobe Acrobat Pro which really enlarges a jpg file. A 9MB photo
is expanded to 57MB here.

So that everyone can have access, I put the entire directory as a zip
file at:

It's also at github:
https://github.com/pts/sam2p
but I haven't tried that version so I don't know its version number.
